Patch Sizing Options

Whether you need small patches for military uniforms, large patches for biker jackets or anything in between, we can handle it! No matter what kind of patch you need, we’ve got the expertise and talent to provide it!

Calculating the size of your custom embroidered patch is easy. Just measure the width and length of your patch (in inches) and add those numbers together. Then divide the resulting number by 2 to get the size of your patch. See the example at right.

Determining Size

measuring a 2 inch by 4 inch patch

If the height of your patch is 2″ and the width of your patch is 4″, you would add 2 + 4, which equals 6. You then divide 6 by 2, which equals 3, The size the size of your 2″ x 4″ patch would be 3".
